Northwest Straits Foundation - Project Fundraising
The Foundation is continually seeking funding and partnerships to support projects and programs identified as priorities by the Northwest Straits Commission and the Marine Resources Committees.

Currently, the Foundation is seeking funding for the following programs and projects:
- Derelict Fishing Gear Research, Removal & Prevention throughout the Northwest Straits
- Creosote Log Debris Inventory and Removal throughout the Northwest Straits
- Data compilation and coordination of existing data collected by the Northwest Straits Commission or Marine Resources Committees
- Ecosystem-based management projects in select geographic areas
- Educational symposia or training conferences of the Northwest Straits Commission and Marine Resources Committees
- Support for and select projects of the Marine Resources Committees
- Foundation capacity building
