Diane Hennebert

Diane Hennebert is a member of Skagit MRC and serves as their representative on the Northwest Straits Commission. She is the stormwater program manager for the City of Anacortes. She appreciates the MRC’s focus on stormwater in their marine resource conservation agenda. "If we want the marine ecosystems to be healthy, we must consider stormwater," she said. There are many opportunities that the City of Anacortes and the MRC are collaborating on, and Diane says that partnerships like this one are important to collectively improving marine water quality.
